Government Code Section 7072 requires a policy to provide guidelines for the approval, acquisition, and reporting requirements of military equipment by any law enforcement agency. The Sutter County District Attorney's Office has drafted the proposed policy and included a complete list of equipment. These documents are posted on the website within 30 days of the report being submitted to the board to allow for public comment. Comments may be forwarded to the District Attorney.
